Pursuant to the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter LOPD) and Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, approving the Regulations implementing the LOPD (hereinafter RDLOPD), The Walk On Project (hereinafter WOP) wishes to notify users of the website about the policy regarding the processing and protection of the personal data of those people who voluntarily communicate with WOP using the contact form or email and who, in the future, may fill in data collection forms or use any other service on the website involving the communication of their personal data to WOP.

4. Conditions of use of the website.

Users undertake to make proper use of the website in accordance with the Law and this Data Protection Policy. Users will be liable to WOP and to third parties for any damage that may be caused by a breach of this obligation.

It is expressly forbidden to use the site for purposes injurious to the property or interests of WOP or third parties or for purposes that, in any other way, may overload, damage or disable the networks, servers and other computer equipment (hardware) or products and applications (software) of WOP or third parties.

WOP notifies users that it is present on social networks including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. The processing of the data of the users who become fans of the official WOP pages will be governed by the conditions laid down in this section and by those that specifically govern the operation of the service and are issued by these entities. As a result, users are notified that they have the option to follow and become a fan of WOP in the different social networks mentioned and in any others indicated through this website or other WOP websites. In terms of the social networking services where WOP has created its own official page, the website provides users with the option to click on the social network’s icon and directly access the official page created by WOP, becoming a follower or fan of this. WOP is responsible for the administration of these pages provided that they are official pages and have therefore been created by WOP. Notwithstanding the above, it also notifies users that the different social networks on which WOP has created official pages are also responsible for the processing of the users’ data. WOP will process the data of the users who become fans of any of its official pages so that it can properly manage the website, receive their views and/or comments and notify them, and allow them to take part in the various competitions, promotions and/or events that may be run by WOP. Users are reminded that WOP may remove from the official site any information that goes against the rules established in the general conditions of use for the social network or against the provisions of this Policy. 6. Exercising the rights of opposition, access, rectification and deletion of the data

WOP informs users of the option to exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion and opposition by writing to The Walk On Project to the email address: For this purpose, the applicant must send WOP written notification indicating the request or right being exercised, along with a copy of the user’s identity card or a document legally admissible as proof of identity. User requests and/or notifications will be taken into account by WOP to ensure the exercising of the users’ rights in the databases.

7. Exercising the rights of opposition and revoking consent given to receiving commercial communications by email

Under Articles 21.2 and 22.1 of the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), users are informed of their right to oppose the processing of their data for the promotional purpose of sending commercial communications, and their right to, at any time, withdraw the consent they gave for that purpose by simply notifying WOP of their wishes.
